LSG Club vs TraderSync for forex and ICT traders
TraderSync brings store apps, a long broker list and an AI assistant; LSG Club brings a free ICT journal — here is the dated detail.
TraderSync is a multi-asset journal for stocks, options, forex, crypto, futures and CFDs; LSG Club is a journal for ICT and SMC traders on MetaTrader, free for every club member. If you are choosing between them, this page sets out where they differ. All TraderSync facts were checked on 31 October 2026 on TraderSync’s own pricing, feature and help pages. We are LSG Club, so this is not a neutral review; it is a dated comparison that credits TraderSync wherever it does more.

Where TraderSync is stronger
- Native iOS and Android apps; LSG Club has no store app.
- A broad broker list, with more than 700 brokers claimed across stocks, options, forex, crypto, futures and CFDs.
- The Cypher AI assistant with a daily message allowance on each plan, plus Cypher Coach on Elite.
- Market replay down to 250 milliseconds on the top plan, and automated backtesting on Elite.
- A free Basic plan with no card (30 file-imported executions a month) and a 7-day free trial of the paid plans.
- Prop-firm rule import for FTMO, Topstep and other firms.
Where LSG Club is different
LSG Club covers fewer markets by design: it is built around the way ICT traders review a MetaTrader account.
- The journal stays free for members for as long as they use it — no card, no trial that ends, no plan tier for the core features.
- Kill Zones are recorded without effort: Asian 20:00–00:00, London 02:00–05:00 and New York 07:00–10:00 in New York time, worked out from each entry time. Order Block, FVG, Breaker, Mitigation and Liquidity Sweep come as ready-made setups.
- R is a first-class unit: switch the whole journal between $, % and R.
- Report import for MT4 and MT5 is free; auto-sync is a $9 monthly club contribution per MT5 account, and LSG Journal Pro ($29 a month or $290 a year) adds unlimited MT5 auto-sync and the club AI’s analyses on the site.
- On a phone, the web app runs in the browser and the Telegram bot shows the day’s P&L, limits and the next Kill Zone.
- Your data stays yours: CSV export, a download of all your data and permanent account deletion in Profile → Data & account.
Before an entry, the free trading tools work out position size and risk-reward; after a month, the MT5 statement analyzer shows how a report splits by Kill Zone, without an account.
Who should pick which
- Pick TraderSync if you trade stocks, futures and forex and want one journal for all of them.
- Pick TraderSync if you review trades in a phone app and want an AI assistant to answer questions about them.
- Pick TraderSync if market replay is part of your daily practice.
- Pick LSG Club if your trading is ICT or SMC on MT4/MT5 and you want Kill Zones and R without setting them up.
- Pick LSG Club if you want the journal itself at $0 and to add auto-sync only when it earns its place.
Switching from TraderSync
TraderSync’s help center describes exporting trades and executions to CSV from the Trades page (not during the free trial); whether your notes come along was not stated (verify). For MetaTrader accounts it rarely matters: the broker report holds every deal, commission and swap, and LSG Club imports it for free with a preview before saving. Run both journals for a month on the same report, then keep the one you actually open after a losing day.
The import steps are in how to import MT5 trades, and a checklist for choosing is in how to choose a forex trading journal. Comparing more options? See LSG Club vs Edgewonk or every comparison.
Frequently asked questions
Is LSG Club really free?
Yes, the journal is free for every club member with no card and no time limit, including analytics in R, report import and the Telegram bot. MT5 auto-sync is a $9 monthly club contribution per account; LSG Journal Pro, at $29 a month or $290 a year, covers unlimited auto-sync and the club AI’s analyses.
Can I import my TraderSync trades?
For MetaTrader accounts, import the MT4 or MT5 report from your terminal; it is the original source and LSG Club reads it for free. TraderSync exports trades and executions as CSV, but its help center does not say whether notes are included, so check your TraderSync account if you want to bring them across.
Which is better for ICT traders?
For ICT review, LSG Club records the Kill Zone of every trade automatically and includes ICT setups; we found no ICT-specific tooling on TraderSync’s pages. TraderSync leads on mobile apps, broker coverage, replay and its AI assistant. The ICT trading journal page shows the LSG Club approach.
Is there an LSG Club app like TraderSync’s?
There is no App Store or Google Play app. The journal is laid out for phone browsers and can be added to the home screen, and the Telegram bot covers quick checks. TraderSync has native iOS and Android apps.
