LSG Club vs Myfxbook: a trading journal and a track-record site
Myfxbook publishes and verifies an account’s results, LSG Club is a private ICT journal for reviewing your own trades — they solve different problems.
Myfxbook and LSG Club are often named together, but they are different kinds of products. Myfxbook is primarily a statement-analytics and verification site: you connect a MetaTrader account, verify it, and can make its track record public for others to check. LSG Club is an ICT and SMC trading journal, free for club members, built for reviewing your own trades. This page is for MT4/MT5 traders deciding which one they need, or whether to use both. The Myfxbook facts were checked on 31 October 2026 on Myfxbook’s own FAQ, help and product pages. We are LSG Club.

Where Myfxbook is stronger
- A public, verified track record: if you want to show followers or a community real account results, that is what Myfxbook is built for, with track-record and trading-privileges verification. LSG Club’s opt-in broker-verified page shows an auto-synced account’s results in % and R, but it does not verify trading privileges or audit accounts for third parties.
- Free to use, funded by ads, with account statistics such as gain and drawdown calculated from the connected account.
- A community section and a Systems section where traders publish accounts, plus market pages such as an economic calendar and sentiment.
- Mobile apps for iOS, Android and Huawei devices, for checking an account away from the desk.
- Strategy AI, which turns plain-language rules into MT5 strategies and backtests them, on paid credit plans from $25 a month.
Where LSG Club is different
LSG Club is not a verification service; it is a place to work out why trades won or lost and what to change next week.
- Each trade is a journal entry with its setup, notes, screenshots and emotions, drawn on a real chart with its stop and target.
- The Kill Zone is set from the entry time — Asian 20:00–00:00, London 02:00–05:00, New York 07:00–10:00, New York time — and the analytics split results by Kill Zone, setup, weekday and hour.
- Results read in $, % or R, so a week of small and large accounts can be compared on the same scale.
- The journal is free with no card and no time limit, and private unless you share it: a view-only link to a trade, a read-only link for a mentor or an opt-in results page.
- Report import from MT4 and MT5 costs nothing. Auto-sync of one MT5 account is a $9 monthly club contribution; LSG Journal Pro, at $290 a year or $29 a month, covers any number of MT5 accounts and opens the club AI’s analyses on the site.
- Trading plans, checklists, a prop challenge tracker and a Telegram bot with Kill Zone alerts are part of the free journal.
For a one-off look at a statement there is the MT5 statement analyzer, which reads a report with no sign-up and stores nothing, along with the other free trading tools.
Who should pick which
- Pick Myfxbook if you need a public, third-party verified record of an account’s results.
- Pick Myfxbook if you want community discussion around shared trading systems.
- Pick LSG Club if you want to review your own ICT or SMC trades by Kill Zone, setup and R.
- Pick LSG Club if you prefer a private journal with planning, checklists and a challenge tracker.
- Use both if you want a verified public record and a private place to study your trades; each reads the same MetaTrader account in its own way.
Using LSG Club with Myfxbook
You do not have to choose or move anything. Myfxbook can keep reading your account for the public record, while LSG Club imports the same history from an MT5 or MT4 report for free, or syncs it with the read-only investor password. Myfxbook’s help center says you can export the full trading history from your account page; for LSG Club the broker report is still the simplest source, because it carries commissions and swaps exactly as the broker booked them.
How to save and import that report is in how to import MT5 trades, and the sync itself is described on the MT5 trading journal page. Looking at dedicated journals instead? See LSG Club vs TradeZella and LSG Club vs Tradervue.
Frequently asked questions
Is LSG Club really free?
The journal is free for every club member with no card and no time limit, including report import, analytics in R and the Telegram bot. You pay only for extras: $9 a month per account for MT5 auto-sync, or $29 a month ($290 a year) for LSG Journal Pro.
Can I import my Myfxbook trades into LSG Club?
Import the trades from their source instead: save an MT4 or MT5 report in your terminal and upload it to LSG Club for free, or connect auto-sync. Myfxbook can export your trading history from the account page, but the broker report is the original record.
Which is better for ICT traders?
They do different jobs. Myfxbook is the tool for a public, verified record of results; we found no Kill Zone or R features on its pages. LSG Club is a journal that groups your trades by ICT Kill Zone and setup and shows them in R; the ICT trading journal page explains how.
Can LSG Club verify my track record like Myfxbook?
Not in the same way. LSG Club can publish an opt-in broker-verified page for an MT5 account on auto-sync: the trades come from the broker, 24 hours behind, in % and R, without money or the account number. It does not verify trading privileges or audit accounts for third parties; if you need that, Myfxbook is built for it, and both can read the same MetaTrader account.
