LSG Club vs TradeZella: which ICT journal fits you
A dated, side-by-side look at price, MetaTrader sync, ICT tools and backtesting, with the places where TradeZella leads stated plainly.
This page is for ICT and SMC traders on MT4 or MT5 who are weighing TradeZella against LSG Club, a trading journal that is free for every member of the club. Every TradeZella fact below was checked on 31 October 2026 on TradeZella’s own pricing, feature and help pages. We are LSG Club, so read this with that in mind: where TradeZella does more, we say so, and where a feature did not appear we write "not found on the pages we checked" instead of claiming it is missing.

Where TradeZella is stronger
If your ICT work happens on historical charts before it happens live, TradeZella offers more than we do today.
- Backtesting depth: tick-by-tick trade replay with a 1-second chart from the Pro plan, manual backtesting on more than 11 years of data, and AI backtesting from rules written in plain English (10 or 100 automated runs a month on Pro and Ultra).
- ICT concepts inside the backtester: its backtesting page lists CHoCH, fair value gaps and inverse FVGs, OTE, SMT divergence, Power of Three and the Asian range among the rules the AI can test, with FVG, Asian Range, HTF Bias and Key Levels indicators built in.
- Platform reach: NinjaTrader, Tradovate and Bybit next to MetaTrader, cTrader, DXtrade and Match-Trader, so futures accounts are covered where LSG Club has no import.
- AI in more places: Zella AI credits on every plan and Zella Agents on Pro and Ultra, next to the AI backtester.
- A PropFirm Sync dashboard on all plans.
Where LSG Club is different
LSG Club puts the ICT structure into the daily journal rather than into a backtester, and keeps that journal free.
- The journal is free for every club member — no card, no trial clock, no trade cap — including analytics, planning, checklists and the Telegram bot.
- Every trade gets its Kill Zone from the entry time: Asian 20:00–00:00, London 02:00–05:00 and New York 07:00–10:00, New York time, so daylight saving never moves a trade into the wrong bucket.
- Results switch between $, % and R for the whole journal, and R is calculated from the initial stop.
- MT4/MT5 report import (HTML or CSV) is free. MT5 auto-sync is a $9 monthly club contribution per account; LSG Journal Pro, $29 a month or $290 a year, adds unlimited MT5 auto-sync and the club AI’s analyses on the site.
- A prop challenge tracker reads the profit target, daily loss and maximum loss from your journal, trailing drawdowns included.
- A read-only link for a mentor shows your trades, statistics and playbook, in R only if you prefer, with a visit log and one-click revoke.
Around the journal sit the free trading tools, among them the MT5 statement analyzer, which reads a report with no sign-up and stores nothing.
Who should pick which
- Pick TradeZella if you backtest ICT models on years of historical data and want replay down to the tick.
- Pick TradeZella if you trade futures on NinjaTrader or Tradovate next to your MetaTrader accounts.
- Pick TradeZella if you want AI agents and AI backtesting in the same product as your journal.
- Pick LSG Club if you trade forex, gold or indices on MT4/MT5 and want Kill Zones and R on every trade without paying for the journal.
- Pick LSG Club if you would rather start with a free report import and pay only if auto-sync is worth $9 a month to you.
- Running both is reasonable too: backtest in one, journal live trades in the other.
Moving from TradeZella, or running both
You do not need to export anything from TradeZella to try LSG Club. The cleanest test is to import the same MT5 or MT4 report into both journals and compare the trade count, net result, commission and swap. TradeZella’s help center describes a CSV export of selected trades from the trade log, with either the active or all columns, and says there is no single export of all account data; whether tags and notes are in that file was not stated (verify), so check before you rely on it.
- In MT5 open the History tab, choose the period and save the report as HTML.
- Import it into LSG Club; you see a preview before anything is saved.
- Check that a trade taken at the London open sits in the London Kill Zone.
- Read the same month in R in both journals.

Frequently asked questions
Is LSG Club really free?
Yes. The journal, analytics, planning, report import, the prop challenge tracker and the Telegram bot are free for every club member with no card and no time limit. MT5 auto-sync is a $9 monthly club contribution per account, and LSG Journal Pro is $29 a month or $290 a year.
Can I import my TradeZella trades?
The reliable route is your original broker report: LSG Club imports MT4 and MT5 HTML or CSV reports, plus CSV files from cTrader, MatchTrader and DXtrade. TradeZella exports selected trades from its trade log as a CSV, but its help center does not say whether tags and notes are included, so check your TradeZella account if you want to keep them.
Which is better for ICT traders?
It depends on where you do the ICT work. TradeZella is the stronger choice for backtesting ICT models, with tick-by-tick replay and an AI backtester that takes rules such as FVG, CHoCH and OTE. LSG Club is built for journaling live trades by Kill Zone, setup and R at no cost; the ICT trading journal page shows how.
Does LSG Club have a mobile app?
There is no store app. LSG Club is a web app that works in a phone browser and can be added to the home screen, and the Telegram bot shows the day’s P&L, limits and the next Kill Zone.
